The IM LS8 officially opened for pre-sales on March 26, offering four variants with pre-sale privilege prices ranging from RMB 259,800 to RMB 309,800. The vehicle will make its official market debut on April 16. Available in both five-seat and six-seat configurations, the six-seat version features independent massage seats and a 21.5-inch entertainment screen in the second row. The LS8 measures 5,085 mm in length, 2,000 mm in width, and 1,807 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,060 mm. All models are powered by a 1.5T range-extended electric system. The rear-wheel-drive variant delivers a combined range of 1,573 km (including 355 km on pure electric CLTC cycle), while the all-wheel-drive version achieves up to 1,605 km (with 430 km on pure electric CLTC cycle). Both variants support 6 kW vehicle-to-load (V2L) external power output. IM Motors reported March sales of 7,187 units, a 97% year-over-year increase, with first-quarter deliveries also surging significantly.
