On March 31, Yinpai Battery, in collaboration with the United Innovation Center, launched the "Da Fang Wu Yu" series of 587Ah energy storage cells, featuring the Qiankun Edition—the industry’s first semi-solid-state (hybrid solid-liquid) large-format energy storage cell. Built upon Yinpai’s proprietary "Qian Gang Kun Luo" technology platform, this product offers enhanced safety and performance closer to that of all-solid-state batteries. Yinpai has already established an 18GWh battery mass-production line and is currently advancing construction of a 6.5GWh hybrid solid-liquid battery production line, positioning itself to be the first to achieve large-scale mass production of semi-solid-state energy storage cells. As a key component of GAC Group’s battery technology strategy, Yinpai has planned a total capacity exceeding 60GWh. This launch not only demonstrates its technological and manufacturing capabilities but also injects new momentum into China’s energy storage industry. Moving forward, Yinpai will continue driving R&D in energy storage technologies and contributing to global standardization efforts.
