XPeng's Smart Cockpit Head Wei Bin Departs as Two Tech Centers Merge

Wei Bin, Vice President of XPeng Motors and head of its Intelligent Cockpit division, has recently left the company. He had previously been on leave due to family reasons. Following Wei’s departure, XPeng Motors has restructured its organization by merging the former Intelligent Cockpit Center with the Autonomous Driving Center to form a new "General Intelligence Center," which will be led by Liu Xianming. This integration aims to enhance R&D efficiency and drive deeper synergy between intelligent driving and intelligent cockpit technologies.
