Changan Auto Launches Tianshu Intelligent Robotics to Accelerate Entry into Embodied AI and Future Mobility

On April 1, Changan Automobile announced the official establishment of Tianshu Intelligent Robotics Company, focusing on embodied intelligence technology to drive transformation in the mobility ecosystem. The new company will serve as the core vehicle for Changan’s robotics strategy, leveraging humanoid robotics technology to develop a diversified portfolio of robotic products and build world-class intelligent solutions. Changan will adopt a "1+N+X" strategic layout, collaborating with leading partners around key application scenarios to jointly advance critical technologies such as robotic "brains," energy systems, and actuators. Additionally, Changan revealed that its solid-state battery project is progressing smoothly, with its proprietary "Golden Bell Shield" solid-state batteries expected to complete integration and validation on both robots and vehicles by the third quarter of this year. This move marks Changan’s accelerated transition toward comprehensive electrification and intelligentization.
