Seres Unveils Fifth-Gen 2.0T Super Range-Extending Tech with Integrated "Vehicle-Electrical-Motor-Charging" System

SERES recently announced the successful development of its fifth-generation 2.0T super-range-extended technology, achieving integrated "vehicle-electricity-motor-charging" system integration. Leveraging an 800V+ high-voltage architecture, an eight-in-one electric drive system, and a nationwide ultra-fast charging network, this technology significantly enhances mileage per kilowatt-hour and travel efficiency. In intelligent safety, the company has pioneered a "safety defined by scenarios" framework, covering nine key areas including active safety, passive safety, and health safety. In terms of smart cabin experience, SERES is building a user-centric mobile space tailored for Level 4 autonomous driving. Additionally, SERES has deployed an industrial AI large model to establish an intelligent connected manufacturing process system, enabling fully automated monitoring across more than 36,000 quality control points. In 2025, the company substantially increased its R&D investment, achieving new energy vehicle sales of 472,300 units, up 10.63% year-over-year. In March 2026, SERES brand vehicle sales reached 20,234 units, surging 47.74% compared to the same period last year.
