JAC Motors Establishes Zunjie Zhixing with RMB 30 Million Registered Capital

On April 1, Shanghai Zunjie Zhixing Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established with a registered capital of RMB 30 million, wholly owned by Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Corp., Ltd. (JAC Motors). The company’s legal representative is Shu Jie, and key personnel include General Manager Li Xinxin and Chief Financial Officer Wang Wei. Its business scope covers automotive component R&D and a range of technical services. Zunjie is a luxury automotive brand jointly developed by JAC and Huawei under Huawei’s Harmony Intelligent Mobility (Harmony Cockpit) model. Its first model, the Zunjie S800, was launched in May 2023 with a price range of RMB 708,000 to RMB 1,018,000. According to Yu Chengdong, the vehicle has ranked first in sales among million-yuan-class luxury cars for five consecutive months, with cumulative insurance registrations reaching 13,092 units from September 2025 to January 2026—surpassing the Porsche Panamera, Mercedes-Maybach, and Mercedes-Benz S-Class. The brand plans to launch flagship SUV and MPV models in the future.
