Recently, premium models from Denza—namely the Denza Z9 and Z9 GT—received a comprehensive OTA (Over-the-Air) update. This upgrade focuses on three core user experiences: intelligent driving, automated parking, and the smart cockpit. By integrating cutting-edge technologies and human-centric features, it significantly enhances the vehicle’s overall intelligence and everyday usability. In terms of intelligent driving, the vehicles now feature an end-to-end autonomous driving large model based on reinforcement learning, achieving deep integration across perception, decision-making, and control. This advancement notably improves traffic efficiency and ride comfort in complex road conditions. Several new practical functions have been added, including a lead vehicle start-up alert, emergency stop assistance on highways and expressways, enhanced narrow-road maneuvering capabilities, support for multi-step reversing and U-turns, and a “Race Mode” that can be instantly activated via steering-wheel-mounted driving-assist paddles—catering to users’ demand for personalized driving experiences. The automated parking system has also undergone substantial optimization. After the update, users can freely rotate and drag the parking-space selection box within the 360° panoramic view interface to precisely choose their target spot. If automatic parking fails after the driver exits the vehicle, the car will automatically power down and notify the owner via SMS. Additionally, external voice prompts have been introduced, and the system now supports synchronized recording of the entire parking process from five camera angles—greatly enhancing transparency and safety during parking maneuvers. Regarding the smart cockpit, the DiLink system’s UI has been completely restructured, making interactions with navigation, SR (Scene Reality) information, and frequently used apps more intuitive and efficient—particularly during driving and parking scenarios, where operations are safer and responses more seamless. The cockpit also introduces a range of fun and convenient features, such as customizable “Dynamic Themes,” the ability to collect Ant Forest green energy directly from inside the car, and even an embedded “Electronic Wooden Fish” mini-game—infusing the travel space with emotional value and everyday charm. Handset-vehicle connectivity has been further expanded: Samsung smartphones are now supported, HUAWEI HiCar has launched a screen-mirroring mode, and select OPPO, OnePlus, and realme devices now support network sharing. The dashcam and Sentry Mode have also been upgraded to enable fast video file transfers over Wi-Fi, allowing users to easily view or export security footage anytime. Beyond these highlights, this OTA update includes multidimensional refinements to systems such as Automatic Emergency Braking, parking assist performance, climate control logic, and air purification strategies—delivering a holistic improvement to daily driving experiences. This update marks another step forward in the evolution of the Denza Z9 series within the high-end intelligent EV segment—not only reinforcing its technological prowess but also reaffirming its user-centric philosophy to create a smarter, safer, and more emotionally engaging mobility experience.
