2026 Leapmotor L90 Launches April 21 – 605km Range, From ¥29,900 Down

The 2026 Leapmotor L90 flagship SUV will officially launch on April 21. The new model retains the current design language, featuring split headlights, a closed-off front fascia, and the brand’s signature horizontal-strip taillights. It adds new options including LiDAR and dual-tone body colors. The taillights support intelligent interactive functions and are complemented by a roof-mounted spoiler and a hidden rear wiper. Under the hood, the vehicle continues to use Leapmotor’s full-domain 900V triple-electric system. The rear-wheel-drive version delivers a maximum motor output of 340 kW and wheel-end torque of 5,000 N·m, achieving a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 5.9 seconds. The all-wheel-drive variant features front and rear motors with peak outputs of 100 kW and 340 kW respectively, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds. It is equipped with an 85 kWh next-generation lightweight battery pack boasting a system energy density of 193.2 Wh/kg, delivering a CLTC-rated combined driving range of 605 km. As of March 2025, Leapmotor delivered 6,877 vehicles in a single month, up 42.7% year-over-year and 130.7% month-over-month, bringing its cumulative deliveries beyond 140,000 units. Of these, the L90 accounted for 3,360 units—up 155.1% month-over-month—and has totaled 49,527 deliveries since deliveries began in August 2025, making it the best-selling large all-electric SUV of 2025. Meanwhile, the L60 delivered 3,517 units in March, a 111.4% month-over-month increase, with cumulative deliveries exceeding 90,000 units. Customers purchasing in April can enjoy a low-interest financing plan across the entire lineup: starting with a down payment of RMB 29,900 and monthly interest as low as RMB 49. Buyers also receive full purchase tax coverage and subsidies of up to RMB 10,262.
