As of November 19, 2023, Tesla had deployed 75,000 Superchargers globally. In the first quarter of 2024, the company added 2,500 new Superchargers. Based on this data, Tesla likely installed approximately 1,100 additional Superchargers between November 19, 2023, and the end of 2023. Combined with the Q1 2024 additions, Tesla’s global Supercharger count is now fewer than 1,500 units away from reaching 80,000—a milestone it is expected to achieve around mid-May 2024. Tesla previously announced on June 28, 2023, that it had surpassed 70,000 Superchargers; if it reaches 80,000 by June 28, 2024, it will have added 10,000 new Superchargers in less than a year.
