According to BYD Ocean Network's March sales data, the Song PLUS recorded monthly sales of 24,787 units. Launched in September 2020, the model was initially offered as a gasoline-powered vehicle, with the DM-i super hybrid version—the Song PLUS DM-i—introduced in 2021. It has consistently ranked among China’s top-selling SUVs. The Song PLUS is now entering its end-of-life phase, with its position in the Ocean Network set to be taken over by the Sealion 06. In March, BYD Ocean Network reported total sales of 140,169 units, bringing its year-to-date cumulative sales to over 310,000 units. Multiple models under the network—including the Seagull, Seal, and Dolphin—each achieved monthly sales exceeding 20,000 units.
