Beijing Hyundai reported total sales of 50,378 vehicles in the first quarter of 2026. Among its models, the TUCSON L saw a 131% year-over-year increase in Q1 sales, marking its sixth consecutive month of positive year-over-year growth. The CUSTO also recorded an 85% year-over-year sales increase in Q1, achieving its 14th straight month of positive year-over-year growth. Customers who purchase a vehicle between April 1 and April 30, 2026, will be eligible for a fuel price compensation policy. Under this program, buyers will receive a subsidy of RMB 1.4 per liter of fuel. Assuming 50 liters per refuel and two refuels per month, customers can accumulate up to RMB 850 in fuel subsidies over a six-month period. Additionally, buyers during the promotional period can participate in the “Fuel-Saving Pioneer Challenge” with a chance to win a RMB 10,000 fuel card. To qualify, participants must have their new vehicle reach or exceed 400 kilometers in mileage by 24:00 on May 31, 2026.
