Xiaomi has unveiled a special co-branded paint scheme for its YU7 model in collaboration with Maison Margiela. The vehicle features an exclusive minimalist white finish and incorporates Maison Margiela’s signature branding elements. Lei Jun, founder, chairman, and CEO of Xiaomi, publicly shared exterior images of the car on April 6. Earlier, at the end of March, Li Tianyuan, General Manager of Industrial Design and Chief Designer at Xiaomi Auto, had hinted at the special collaborative project and showcased a custom-designed case for the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max. This cross-industry partnership between Xiaomi and Maison Margiela was officially announced exclusively through the Xiaohongshu platform, where the official event details and images were released.
