In the first two days of this year's Qingming holiday, travel demand for new energy vehicles (NEVs) rose, leading to a significant increase in the usage of charging infrastructure. Data shows that during this period, the State Grid's Smart Vehicle-to-Grid Platform recorded a total charging volume of 59.57 million kilowatt-hours, an increase of 26.98% compared to the same period last year. To cope with the travel peak, relevant authorities implemented hardware expansion and technological upgrades to ensure sufficient charging capacity for NEVs throughout the holiday.
