Zeekr 8X Plug-in Hybrid SUV Launches April 17, Starting at ¥376,800

The Zeekr 8X electric-hybrid SUV will officially launch in Ningbo on April 17 at 19:00, when its final pricing will be announced and pre-sale benefits will end. The vehicle’s pre-sale price starts at RMB 376,800. Built on the SEA-S super hybrid architecture and a full-stack 900V high-voltage platform, it is offered in both triple-motor and dual-motor variants. The triple-motor version delivers a peak power output of 1,030 kW (approximately 1,400 hp) and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.96 seconds, while the dual-motor variant achieves the same sprint in 3.7 seconds. The Zeekr 8X is equipped with a 70 kWh 6C hybrid battery, offering a CLTC pure-electric range of 410 km and a combined range of 1,416 km. It also supports intelligent switching to engine-direct drive mode. For charging, it utilizes 900V 6C ultra-fast charging technology, enabling the battery to charge from 20% to 80% in only 9 minutes under ambient temperatures. The chassis features the SEA AI Digital Chassis, which provides a transient response time of 0.2 seconds and torque vectoring capability of up to 1,400 N·m. It allows for single-side lift height of up to 80 mm. In麋鹿 tests (moose test), the vehicle achieved speeds of 83.6 km/h on dry pavement and 76.3 km/h on wet, low-grip surfaces. The suspension system combines closed-type dual-chamber air springs with dual-valve CCD electromagnetic dampers, offering adjustable ride height from -30 mm to +50 mm and a maximum ground clearance of 241 mm. In terms of intelligent driving, the Zeekr 8X debuts Zeekr’s next-generation Qianli SEA G-ASD advanced driver-assistance system. It is equipped with 43 sensors, including five LiDAR units, and powered by dual NVIDIA DRIVE Thor-U chips delivering 1,400 TOPS of onboard computing performance.
