Xiaomi SU7 Reassembled in 7 Hours After Teardown; Vehicle Used Solely for Internal Testing

On April 2, Lei Jun, founder of Xiaomi, disassembled a new-generation Xiaomi SU7 into individual components during a live stream and pledged to reassemble the vehicle. Subsequently, Xiaomi Auto officially released an immersive video showing engineers completing the full reassembly in just seven hours. It is reported that this restored SU7 will be used solely for display and internal testing and will not be sold to the public.
