Renault Group has announced the consolidation of all its charging operations and related services under a new brand, "Plug Inn." Starting April 2024, the brand name will first be rolled out at fast-charging stations across France, with plans for full nationwide coverage by the end of the year. The former "Mobilize Fast Charge" will simultaneously be rebranded as "Plug Inn Fast Charge." Under the Plug Inn umbrella, three core solutions are offered: - **Plug Inn Fast Charge**: An ultra-fast charging network featuring chargers with up to 320 kW of power, enabling compatible vehicles to regain approximately 400 kilometers of range in about 15 minutes. - **Plug Inn Powerbox**: A bidirectional charging solution integrating smart V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) technology. - **Plug Inn Charge Pass**: A unified payment service covering the entire European region. Plug Inn fast-charging stations are primarily located at Renault dealer sites near major roadways and are open to electric vehicles of all brands. The stations offer 24/7 operational support and "plug-and-charge" functionality, with select locations featuring 24-hour lounges equipped with Wi-Fi, restrooms, coffee, and dedicated work and relaxation areas.
