On April 10, Arcfox announced the opening of 63 new stores, bringing its nationwide total to 680 outlets. This expansion continues the brand’s “comprehensive coverage + targeted penetration” strategy, reaching multiple tiers of cities with a diversified mix of store formats, including Arcfox Centers, Arcfox Spaces, and Arcfox Showrooms. Among these, Arcfox Centers offer an integrated full-scenario experience encompassing display, sales, and after-sales services, while Arcfox Spaces and Showrooms are strategically located in prime commercial districts, focusing on lightweight, experiential engagement. The current network of 680 stores now fully covers first-, second-, and third-tier cities and is progressively extending into fourth-tier and lower-tier markets, effectively reducing service distances for consumers. With the launch of these new outlets, select stores are equipped with standardized after-sales maintenance bays, dedicated vehicle delivery zones, and customer lounge areas, enhancing the end-to-end experience from pre-sales to after-sales service. Concurrently, Arcfox is leveraging its retail network to advance its “Express After-Sales” service system, boosting support efficiency through standardized procedures, rapid response mechanisms, and digital tools. This channel expansion aims to strengthen market penetration and provide robust infrastructure for upcoming product launches and sales growth.
