Lamborghini plans to launch at least two new models this year, though it does not intend to expand beyond its current lineup of three core models. Instead, the focus will be on special-edition vehicles. One of these is expected to be a commemorative model paying tribute to the Miura, set to debut in August at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. The car is anticipated to be based on the Revuelto, similar to the previously released Aventador Miura Homage edition. Reportedly, this commemorative model will be limited to 60 units, marking the 60th anniversary of the Miura’s debut. The original Miura made its world premiere at the 1966 Geneva Motor Show and caused a major sensation at the time. The new tribute model is expected to feature a dual-tone paint scheme and other exterior enhancements, along with retro-inspired elements in the interior. In terms of performance, if Lamborghini follows the approach used for the previous Miura Homage edition, the car will retain the Revuelto’s standard powertrain without modifications. The Revuelto is powered by a plug-in hybrid system combining a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine with three electric motors, delivering a combined output of 1,001 horsepower.
