ECARX Holdings Inc. announced that, in alignment with Geely Holding Group's "Taizhou Declaration" and the "One Geely" strategic initiative, it has officially commenced the integration of all core assets and businesses from Starry Meizu Group’s Flyme OS. This integration encompasses all intellectual property rights associated with the Flyme OS brand, all ongoing operations of Flyme Auto, customer contracts, and the R&D team, all of which will be fully incorporated into ECARX and managed under its unified operational framework. ECARX stated that the integration process will proceed in an orderly manner according to business priorities, with clear delineation of responsibilities, proper employee placement, and a commitment to ensuring a smooth transition.
