AITO M6 Bookings Top 100,000 Units, Starting at RMB 269,800

The Aito M6 launched pre-sales on March 23, and by April 11, its reservations had already surpassed 100,000 units. The model is available in both extended-range and all-electric variants, with starting pre-sale prices of RMB 269,800 and RMB 289,800 respectively, targeting the younger demographic. All trims come standard with the world’s highest-resolution mass-produced dual-path 896-line LiDAR, paired with Huawei’s ADS 4.1 intelligent driving system and 30 perception sensors, enabling ultra-high-definition and ultra-long-range obstacle detection. Externally, the vehicle offers seven color options—including Starry Violet and Luminous Cyan—and a Black Obsidian Sport Package. It features Crystal Diamond-cut headlamps and a fastback coupe silhouette, measuring 4,960 mm in length with a 2,950 mm wheelbase and a drag coefficient of just 0.239 Cd. Inside, the cabin features two-tone interior schemes—Lavender White, Gravity Red, and Neon Orange—with an “Inspiration Display” on the passenger side that can be customized with magnetic figurines, an e-ink screen, or a fragrance module. The front seats are zero-gravity seats equipped with ventilation, heating, and massage functions. The rear seatbacks offer electric recline adjustment from 29° to 42°, and a standard 7.3L compressor refrigerator capable of cooling or heating between -6°C and 50°C. For storage, the smart front trunk offers up to 202 liters of space (with triple anti-pinch functionality on the BEV version), while the BEV variant features a sunken rear trunk with 882 liters of capacity. Powertrain-wise, the extended-range version pairs either a 37 kWh or 53.4 kWh battery with a 60-liter fuel tank, delivering a maximum WLTC range of 1,400 km. The all-electric version is built on an 800V platform with a 100 kWh battery, offering a CLTC range of 760 km. The chassis features the Tuling Intelligent Chassis system, combining a front double-wishbone and rear five-link suspension setup, complemented by single-chamber air springs and CDC dampers, with a wading depth of up to 700 mm.
