On April 14, 2026, Avatr Technology and Huawei SmartLink signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shenzhen. The two parties will collaborate across four key areas: co-creation of service ecosystems, enhancement of service experiences, upskilling of frontline talent, and exploration of digitalized services. Huawei SmartLink, a wholly owned subsidiary of Huawei with 22 years of experience in premium service operations, specializes in standardized store management, service system development, and user experience optimization. Under the agreement, Huawei SmartLink will leverage its mature service operation capabilities and combine them with Avatr’s brand-specific scenarios to jointly advance standardized service processes, cultivate elite service teams, and build benchmark stores. Their shared goal is to establish a unified service framework covering the entire vehicle lifecycle—from car selection and viewing to purchase and ownership. Wang Hui, Chairman of Avatr Technology, stated that this partnership will significantly strengthen the company’s service-oriented soft power for end users. Chi Linchun, Vice President of Huawei’s Intelligent Automotive Solutions BU, emphasized that both sides will work together to deliver a consistent luxury service experience across critical customer touchpoints, including in-store consultations, test drives, vehicle delivery, and after-sales support. Looking ahead, the two companies will remain user-centric, continuously refining premium service standards and enhancing their independent service capabilities.
