Leapmotor has launched the commercial variant of its T03 model in overseas markets, specifically designed for urban "last-mile" delivery. Sales are scheduled to begin this summer. The vehicle measures 3,620 mm in length, 1,652 mm in width, and 1,577 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,400 mm. It is available in three exterior colors—white, blue, and gray—and comes equipped with 15-inch black steel wheels. While its exterior closely resembles that of the standard passenger version, the rear seats have been removed to maximize cargo space, offering a maximum cargo volume of 657 liters and a payload capacity of up to 220 kg. Loading and unloading are facilitated through multiple access points, including side doors, rear doors, and a tailgate. Despite its commercial positioning, the T03 Commercial retains several comfort and tech features, including a multifunction steering wheel, electric air conditioning, a large touchscreen infotainment system with navigation, 4G connectivity, voice control, and over-the-air (OTA) update capability. Safety features include front, side, and curtain airbags, rear parking sensors and camera, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot detection, intelligent speed limit assist, and a driver fatigue warning system. The interior prioritizes practicality, featuring fabric seats and an all-black dashboard. Under the hood, the vehicle is powered by a 70 kW electric motor delivering a maximum output of 95 horsepower, paired with a 37.3 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack. In urban driving conditions, it achieves a maximum range of up to 395 km. It supports 45 kW DC fast charging, enabling a charge from 30% to 80% in just 36 minutes. Production for the European market will take place at Stellantis’ plant in Italy, with a starting price of €17,700.
