The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has updated the powertrain and battery specifications for the Aito M9 series in its latest release of the "Catalogue of New Energy Vehicle Models Eligible for Purchase Tax Exemption." The series includes both range-extended and all-electric variants. The range-extended version offers two battery capacities: 75.408 kWh (marketed as 75 kWh) and 60.014 kWh (marketed as 60 kWh). Under CLTC conditions, these deliver pure electric driving ranges of 335 km / 320 km / 315 km and 265 km / 255 km / 250 km, respectively. The all-electric variant (Aito M9 EV) is equipped with a 120.04329 kWh (marketed as 120 kWh) battery, offering CLTC-rated ranges of 750 km / 715 km / 702 km. Additionally, design details of the new-generation Aito M9 have been revealed, including intelligent projection headlights, an integrated full-width taillight, semi-flush door handles, and large-diameter wheels featuring a floating logo. Huawei has also announced that the new vehicle will be powered by its full-stack technology solution.
