The all-new AITO M9 will make its debut and open for pre-orders simultaneously at 19:00 on April 22 during the Harmony Intelligent Mobility Spring New Product Launch Event. The same event will also officially unveil the Shangjie Z7, Shangjie Z7T, and AITO M6, and open pre-orders for the Zhijie V9. The new model features multiple exterior updates, including new intelligent projection headlights, a full-width贯穿式 taillight, semi-recessed door handles, and large-diameter wheels with a floating logo. Its dimensions measure 5,285 mm in length, 2,026 mm in width, and 1,845 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,125 mm—slightly larger than the current model. The front fascia adopts a full-width chrome strip and a mesh-pattern grille, while the daytime running lights resemble those of the AITO M8. At the rear, the silver trim has been removed, giving the vehicle a more robust and imposing appearance. In terms of technology, the all-new AITO M9 debuts with six LiDAR units and adds side-facing cameras on the C-pillars, equipped with an advanced intelligent perception system, cutting-edge powertrain, and chassis technologies. Huawei stated that the vehicle incorporates “full-stack black tech.” Powertrain options include both extended-range (EREV) and battery-electric (BEV) variants. The EREV version is powered by a 1.5T range extender from Chongqing Sokon Power (displacement: 1,496 ml, max output: 118 kW), paired with front and rear motors delivering 220 kW and 277 kW respectively. It offers two battery pack options: 75.408 kWh and 60.014 kWh, providing CLTC pure-electric ranges of 335/320/315 km and 265/255/250 km respectively. The BEV variant also uses a dual-motor layout with identical motor outputs and is equipped with a 120.04329 kWh battery, achieving CLTC ranges of 750/715/702 km.
