Avita has announced the launch of its "Star Joy Extended Service," effective immediately extending operating hours until 8:00 PM every Wednesday at more than 98 service centers nationwide. Previously, at the Guangzhou Auto Show on November 21, 2024, Avita revealed a deepened strategic partnership with Huawei Qiankun, focusing on enhancing service experience through specific initiatives including a Hardware Image 2.0 upgrade, optimization of service staff appearance and capabilities, and improvements across the entire sales and delivery process. Additionally, Avita plans to introduce the "Seven-Star Concierge," "Seven-Star Guardian Team," and "Seven-Star Service Festival," and starting in 2026, will offer owners a "Monthly Surprise" program. The company has also simultaneously launched an exclusive dining service for owners called "Chinese Restaurant." Recently, Avita further entered into a strategic collaboration with Huawei Huitong, with a primary focus on elevating user service experience.
