Ford has confirmed that the next-generation F-150 will launch by 2029. To support its "massive product lineup refresh," the company has established a new Product Creation and Industrialization organization. In addition to the next-gen F-150, Ford also plans to introduce an all-new Super Duty model and aims to refresh 80% of its North American sales volume by 2029, including a midsize electric pickup truck built on a common EV platform. Previous reports from February 2025 indicated that production of the next-generation F-150, originally scheduled to begin in 2027, had been delayed to 2028—a timeline consistent with the newly announced launch date. The current 14th-generation F-150 has been on sale since 2020, while the Super Duty was launched in 2023.
