Arcfox S3 Official Images Released: Offers BEV and Range-Extended Versions with Battery Swap Support

Arcfox recently released official images of its new midsize sedan, the S3. The vehicle will be offered in both all-electric and range-extended variants. The all-electric version features a combined motor output of 159 kW and offers CLTC-rated ranges of 460 km, 560 km, and 660 km, including a battery-swappable variant. Powertrain specifications for the range-extended version have not yet been disclosed. Exterior-wise, the Arcfox S3 adopts the brand’s latest family design language, featuring a full-width LED headlight bar, a black front bumper, and a trapezoidal air intake. The side profile showcases sleek lines, with a wheelbase of 2,876 mm, a height of 1,480 mm, and a wheelbase-to-height ratio of 1.94. At the rear, it sports full-width taillights, an aggressive rear diffuser, and an electrically actuated rear spoiler. Regarding the interior, only rear-seat details have been revealed so far. The front seats can be folded flat with a single button press, creating a continuous space with the rear cabin. The rear seatbacks offer a recline angle of up to 118°. The S3 is scheduled to make its debut and open for pre-orders during the Beijing Auto Show.
