The Aito M6 began nationwide test drives at dealerships starting April 20, with customers who place orders immediately eligible for RMB 10,000 in purchase benefits. The model will be officially launched on April 22, and customers who lock in certain configurations can secure pre-selected vehicles for delivery as early as before the May Day holiday. The Aito M6 opened for pre-orders on March 23, targeting younger consumers and featuring as standard the world’s highest-production-spec 896-line dual-path LiDAR system. The range-extended version starts at RMB 269,800, while the all-electric version starts at RMB 289,800. As of April 11, pre-orders have exceeded 100,000 units. Exterior highlights include seven color options—such as Starleaf Purple and Flowing Light Green—and a Black Obsidian Sport Package. It features Crystal Diamond-cut headlights and a fastback coupe silhouette, with an overall length of 4,960 mm, a wheelbase of 2,950 mm, and a drag coefficient of just 0.239 Cd. Interior headroom measures up to 1,915 mm, and the smart front trunk offers up to 202 liters of storage capacity. Both front seats are zero-gravity seats equipped with ventilation, heating, and massage functions. The rear seatbacks offer electric recline adjustment from 29° to 42°, and every model comes standard with a 7.3L compressor refrigerator with temperature control ranging from -6°C to 50°C. The all-electric version features a 202L front trunk (with triple anti-pinch opening) and a sunken 882L rear trunk. For intelligent driving, all variants are equipped with Huawei’s next-generation 896-line imaging-grade LiDAR (including forward and rear solid-state radar units), Huawei ADS 4.1 advanced driver assistance system, and 30 perception sensors, enabling ultra-high-definition and ultra-long-range obstacle detection. Powertrain-wise, the range-extended version is available with either a 37 kWh or 53.4 kWh battery pack paired with a 60-liter fuel tank, delivering a maximum WLTC-rated range of 1,400 km.
