Geely Galaxy M9 Black Gold Intelligence Edition Launches April 21 with Debut of Qianli Haohan H7 ADAS

The Geely Galaxy M9 Black Gold Intelligence Edition is officially set to launch on April 21. As a premium variant of the Galaxy M9, it debuts with a “Xuanye Liujin” (Mystic Night & Gilded) dual-tone body design—gold on the upper section and black below—and features large-diameter six-spoke alloy wheels. Inside, the vehicle introduces a new “Nebula Red” interior color scheme for the first time, with an upgraded suede headliner. This model will be the first Galaxy-branded vehicle equipped with the Qianli Haohan H7 intelligent driving solution, powered by an AI BOX super brain based on NVIDIA’s DRIVE AGX automotive computing platform. The Geely Galaxy M9 measures 5,205 mm in length, 1,999 mm in width, and 1,800 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,030 mm, positioning it as a full-size SUV. Geely claims it offers an industry-leading cabin space utilization rate of 88.3% and supports one-touch configuration of eight seating modes. Built on Geely’s native GEA Evo architecture, the M9 is powered by the Raytheon EM-P AI hybrid system combined with the Xingrui AI Cloud Power 2.0 technology. Its plug-in hybrid powertrain pairs a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with an electric motor and integrates an 11-in-1 intelligent e-drive unit. Buyers can choose between two battery options: 18.4 kWh or 41.46 kWh. The system delivers a peak output of 520 kW, accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in as fast as 4.5 seconds, achieves a combined range exceeding 1,500 km, and records a WLTC-rated fuel consumption of just 4.8 L/100 km under low-battery conditions—all while maintaining consistent performance even when the battery is depleted. Among the currently available trims, the 100 km RWD Launch Edition (RMB 183,800) and the 230 km RWD Voyage Edition (RMB 198,800) come standard with basic driver-assistance features. Meanwhile, the 100 km RWD Smart Navigation Edition (RMB 192,800), 230 km RWD Smart Navigation Edition (RMB 207,800), 230 km RWD Explorer Edition (RMB 226,800), and 210 km AWD Pioneer Edition (RMB 248,800) all include the Qianli Haohan H5 advanced driver-assistance system as standard equipment.
