Recently, Feixing Era, an eVTOL airframe developer, has completed two consecutive funding rounds—Series Angel+ and Series Angel++—raising over RMB 50 million in total. The proceeds will primarily support the development, prototyping, and flight testing of its F2500 series aircraft. Founded in 2025, Feixing Era focuses on the research and development, manufacturing, and application services of advanced eVTOL aircraft. It is China’s first eVTOL company to adopt a “range-extended + fully tilting rotor” configuration. Founder Li Debiao brings nearly 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, having participated in the full development cycles of multiple military and civilian aircraft programs. He combines deep technical expertise from state-owned enterprises with market-driven operational experience from the private sector. The company’s core team comprises former technical leaders from major aviation institutes under the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). All team members graduated from top Chinese aerospace universities and possess strong professional backgrounds. The team now numbers close to 100 people.
