Second, stabilizing industry operations by implementing new rounds of growth-stabilization plans for sectors including machinery, automotive, and power equipment, continuously advancing equipment upgrades and vehicle trade-in programs, and standardizing industrial competition practices. Third, focusing on technological breakthroughs by consistently carrying out the High-Quality Development Initiative for Key Industrial Chains in the Equipment Manufacturing Sector, intensifying efforts on landmark product development, and promoting the application and adoption of breakthrough achievements.
