Hongqi H7 PHEV Debuts at Beijing Auto Show with 1.5T Plug-in Hybrid System and New Family Design

The Hongqi H7 PHEV made its debut at the Beijing Auto Show, featuring Hongqi’s latest family design language and a 1.5T plug-in hybrid powertrain. Exterior-wise, the front fascia adopts a semi-enclosed structure, integrating vertical openwork air intakes with the Hongqi logo. Split headlights and semi-recessed door handles enhance its modern aesthetic. The vehicle measures 5,060 mm in length, 1,910 mm in width, and 1,480 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,970 mm. At the rear, elongated taillights, a centrally positioned Chinese-character “Hongqi” badge, and black bumper accents emphasize its sporty character. Powering the H7 PHEV is a 1.5T engine (model code CA4GB15TDH-36) producing a maximum output of 110 kW, paired with a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack.
