The Lexus TZ, a three-row all-electric SUV, was recently spotted undergoing testing at Germany’s Nürburgring circuit, with photos now publicly released. Although clad in camouflage, the vehicle reveals a bold, angular design language, featuring an upright, large-sized grille and slim headlights at the front. The rear showcases a narrow rear windshield, a wide tailgate opening, and a robust, rugged rear bumper. Built on the same electric platform as the Toyota bZ5X, the TZ is intended to replace the gasoline-powered TX and will become Lexus’ first three-row battery-electric SUV. Lexus filed a trademark for “Lexus TZ” back in July 2023. Based on current information, the production version of the TZ is expected to debut by the end of 2026 and could go on sale as early as early 2027, positioning it as a competitor to the Genesis GV90.
