At the Avita 06T launch event, Chi Linchun, Vice President of Huawei's Intelligent Automotive Solution BU, revealed that Huawei's Qiankun intelligent driving system has accumulated 10 billion kilometers of assisted driving mileage to date. He projected that by October this year, the system’s cumulative assisted driving mileage will surpass Tesla’s, making it the global leader. Additionally, Jin Yuzhi, CEO of Huawei's Intelligent Automotive Solution BU, previously stated that Level 3 (L3) autonomous driving is an essential step toward full autonomy and that 2026 could mark the dawn of the global autonomous driving era. Jin emphasized that Huawei does not manufacture cars; instead, it aims to serve as the "electronic screw" of the smart, connected vehicle era—empowering automakers to build and sell better vehicles.
