The series has passed AEC-Q100 qualification and supports bidirectional, highly efficient power conversion at voltage levels up to 80V and 60V. Featuring configurable parameters such as current limit and output voltage, these devices are suitable for multiple modules in 48V automotive systems—including ADAS, in-vehicle infotainment, and chassis control—providing a versatile power solution for electric vehicles upgrading to 48V architectures.
