At the Huawei Qiankun Technology Conference held on April 23, Yu-Zhi Jin, CEO of Huawei’s Intelligent Automotive Solution Business Unit, unveiled Huawei’s self-developed operating system for autonomous driving, “Qiankun OS.” The system supports three core technologies essential for autonomous driving: a deterministic scheduling engine, an end-to-end security model, and a multi-dimensional redundancy architecture. Leveraging Lingqu communication, zero-wait resource allocation, and XAS scheduling technologies, the system reduces latency by 30%. It features four-layer security protection capabilities—anti-intrusion, anti-tampering, anti-leakage, and anti-propagation—and achieves a 20-fold improvement in reliability through multi-dimensional redundancy, secure isolation, health monitoring, and autonomous recovery mechanisms. During the event, Huawei also announced that its Qiankun ADS (Autonomous Driving Solution) has been deployed in 1.7 million vehicles, accumulating over 10.2 billion kilometers of driving mileage. Related data is updated daily on Huawei’s official website.
