Xiaomi Auto will hold a dedicated press event during the 2026 Beijing International Automotive Exhibition to unveil the latest information about the Xiaomi YU7. On April 24 at 9:00 AM, Lei Jun, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Xiaomi, will deliver the keynote presentation in person, sharing the latest progress of Xiaomi Auto and making the domestic debut of the Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo concept car at the auto show. From April 24 to May 3, three Xiaomi models—the SU7, SU7 Ultra, and YU7—will be displayed together at Booth A402 in Hall A4 of the new venue at the China International Exhibition Center (New Venue). On-site, visitors can receive one-on-one professional sales consultations and explore a dedicated safety technology zone showcasing the new-generation SU7’s armored cage-style hybrid steel-aluminum body structure, including a fully disassembled body display. Attendees will also enjoy an immersive experience of Xiaomi’s “Human-Car-Home Ecosystem,” featuring vehicle customization options and seamless integration with Mi Home devices. Additionally, Xiaomi has prepared exclusive limited-edition giveaways for on-site attendees: each day, visitors can claim a complimentary bottle of “Capri Blue” special-edition bottled water and, upon reservation via the Xiaomi Auto app, receive a 1:64 scale alloy model car—available while supplies last. Recently, Xiaomi filed a new entry-level variant of the YU7. This version reduces the curb weight from 2,315 kg to 2,200 kg while retaining the same 235 kW rear-wheel-drive single motor and unchanged exterior dimensions. It features the same directional taillights as the YU7 GT and adds new wheel options: 19-inch low-drag wheels and 20-inch “Mi” or “Plum Blossom” pattern wheels. This variant is expected to be equipped with the same 73 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack used in the new-generation SU7.
