At the 2026 Beijing Auto Show, Lotus unveiled the FORME Black Gold Limited Edition—a global limited run of just 78 units, with a starting price of RMB 638,000. The vehicle features a plug-in hybrid powertrain built on a 900V high-voltage platform, combining a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with dual electric motors to deliver a combined output of 952 horsepower and a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 3.3 seconds. Exterior design follows Lotus’s signature family styling language, equipped with L-shaped lighting clusters, an active grille, an active rear spoiler, and aerodynamic body kits. Dimensions measure 5,103 mm in length, 2,019 mm in width, and 1,636 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,019 mm. Interior highlights include a sport steering wheel, digital instrument cluster, large-format HUD head-up display, and a floating central touchscreen. The front seats are integrated dual-tone sport seats, with seating configurations available for either four or five occupants. Rear passengers benefit from power-adjustable seats and dedicated control screens. The powertrain features a 2.0T engine with a thermal efficiency of 46%, paired with a 70 kWh battery from CATL. Under CLTC conditions, it offers an all-electric range of 420 kilometers and supports 6C ultra-fast charging, capable of replenishing the battery from 30% to 80% in just 8 minutes. The chassis is equipped with a dual-chamber, dual-valve air suspension (CCD), active anti-roll bars, LTS bespoke tires, and a Brembo six-piston braking system—enhancing high-speed stability and cornering precision.
