Lei Jun Gifts Custom T-Shirts and Car Models to Auto Execs at 2026 Beijing Auto Show

During the 2026 Beijing International Automotive Exhibition, Lei Jun, founder, chairman, and CEO of Xiaomi Group, gifted customized T-shirts with personalized slogans to executives from several Chinese automakers. Li Xiang, CEO of Li Auto, received a T-shirt reading “Let Me Finish”; He Xiaopeng, CEO of XPeng, got one that said “All Good Peng Friends” (a pun on his name); Li Bin, CEO of NIO, was given a shirt with “Charge Together”; and Wang Chuanfu, president of BYD, received one bearing the slogan “Only Together Are We Chinese Automotive.” Additionally, Lei presented Zhang Jianyong, chairman of BAIC Group, with a 1:18 scale model of the “Capri Blue” Xiaomi SU7. Lei later shared the news on social media, captioning it: “Let me finish: All good peng friends, charge together! Only together are we Chinese automotive.”
