The SAIC Audi E7X made its global debut at the 2026 Beijing Auto Show. The vehicle measures 5,049 mm in length, 1,997 mm in width, and 1,710 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,060 mm. It offers six bespoke exterior colors: Flowing Silver, Lunar Black, Nebula Purple, Dawn Beige, Misty Blue, and Titanium Gray. The headlights feature Audi’s Starlight Blade design, supporting million-pixel DLP projection and eight dynamic light carpet effects. In terms of powertrain and chassis, the E7X is equipped with an upgraded quattro permanent all-wheel-drive system, achieving a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 3.90 seconds. Additional performance features include Brembo high-performance calipers, a rear-wheel steering system with ±14° steering angle, progressive steering, a lightweight all-aluminum chassis, CDC dampers, air suspension with gimbal technology, and 285 mm-wide Pirelli rear tires. For advanced driver assistance, the E7X employs Momenta’s R7 reinforcement learning world model, enabling intelligent ETC lane passage, three-point U-turns, navigation through extremely narrow roads, emergency avoidance for small animals entering blind spots, collision avoidance in mixed pedestrian-vehicle scenarios, and highway ramp merging assistance. Inside the cabin, the E7X debuts Audi’s Smart Lounge concept, featuring a BOSE Performance Zero-Gravity front passenger seat, intelligent cloud-feel aviation-style seats, a BOSE Performance premium audio system, and a 9.1.4.4 immersive surround sound layout. The interior includes a 59-inch central touchscreen, a 21.4-inch QD Mini LED “starry sky” rear entertainment screen, a second-row center console display, an intelligent four-season climate-controlled storage box, and an ambient lighting system comprising a starry-sky matrix of 96 RGB LEDs. Regarding battery and charging, the E7X is powered by a 109 kWh CATL battery pack, delivering a CLTC-rated range of 751 km. All variants come standard with a 900V high-voltage architecture, allowing up to 429 km of range to be replenished in just 10 minutes of charging.
