On April 24, 2026, the 19th Beijing International Automotive Exhibition opened at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Venue). Industrial intelligence brand BotWay showcased its one-stop intelligent productivity solution tailored for automotive Tier 1 suppliers. The solution addresses key challenges faced in mass production of critical components—such as T-BOXes and domain controllers—as automotive electronic/electrical architectures evolve toward centralized computing. These challenges include ramping up production capacity, meeting global compliance requirements, and achieving “zero-defect” delivery. The offering features a fully automated production line covering PCBA auto-loading, precision assembly, end-to-end testing, and AOI appearance inspection. The line delivers high-precision operations, optimized cycle times, and flexible changeover capabilities to support mixed-model production on a single line. BotWay exhibited two core pieces of equipment: the UpCore series offline programming system and the AOI PIN inspection machine. The former supports high-reliability programming for various packaging formats of automotive modules and chips, meeting Tier 1 customers’ stringent demands for throughput and stability during mass production. The latter integrates an ultra-high-resolution optical imaging system with embedded AI-powered vision algorithms to detect micron-level defects such as bent pins and poor coplanarity, thereby enhancing long-term product reliability under extreme conditions. The solution enables full traceability across the entire production chain, including raw material batch management and real-time monitoring of process parameters, establishing an intelligent closed-loop manufacturing system. During the exhibition period (April 24–May 3), BotWay is showcasing its technological achievements at Booth W408.
