One hour before the opening of the 2026 Beijing International Auto Show, a queue stretching hundreds of meters had already formed outside the east gate of the Shunyi venue, primarily consisting of media personnel waiting to register and enter. This year’s auto show is adopting, for the first time, a dual-venue model linking the Shunyi venue with the Capital International Convention and Exhibition Center, with shuttle buses running between the two venues every three minutes. Drivers relay dispatch instructions via walkie-talkies, operating on a “depart immediately when full” basis.
