GAC Toyota's bZ brand achieved total sales of 14,664 units across its entire lineup in April 2024. Of this, the bZ3X recorded monthly sales of 10,027 units—the highest since its launch—and has ranked No. 1 among joint-venture new energy vehicles for seven consecutive months. The newly launched bZ7 sold 4,637 units in its first month. The bZ3X is a compact all-electric SUV with a starting price of RMB 109,800. It measures 4,600 mm in length, 1,875 mm in width, and 1,645 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,765 mm. It offers three CLTC range variants: 430 km, 520 km, and 610 km. All versions come standard with a liquid-cooled battery system and support fast charging from 30% to 80% in just 24 minutes. The entire lineup is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip. Higher trims feature LiDAR, NVIDIA Orin-X chips, and Momenta’s full-scenario intelligent driving system (Momenta 5.0), enabling highway and urban navigation assistance. The bZ7 is a mid-to-large all-electric sedan exceeding 5.1 meters in length, with a wheelbase of 3,020 mm and a starting price of RMB 169,800. It is the first joint-venture model to feature Huawei’s HarmonyOS Cockpit 5.0. Powered by Huawei’s DriveONE electric drive system, it delivers a maximum CLTC range of 710 km and matches the bZ3X in 3C fast-charging capability. The vehicle features an intelligent preview dual-chamber air suspension system and adopts Momenta’s R6 intelligent driving solution. Higher trims include LiDAR and support highway and urban navigation assistance as well as automated parking. Interior highlights include 50W front and rear wireless wind-cooled charging pads, an onboard refrigerator, and a UV antibacterial cabin.
