Qingdao will launch the "2026 Hi-Go Midsummer" new car consumption subsidy campaign from May 1 to June 30, allocating RMB 30 million in fiscal funds. Individual consumers purchasing qualified new energy passenger vehicles in Qingdao will receive a subsidy of 4% of the vehicle’s purchase price, capped at RMB 12,000. Those buying eligible fuel-powered passenger vehicles will receive a subsidy of 3% of the purchase price, capped at RMB 10,000.
