On May 6, Jin Yuzhi, CEO of Huawei's Intelligent Automotive Solution Business Unit (BU), released a driving report showing that shortly after the launch of Huawei Qiankun ADS 5 on April 23, he completed a 102-kilometer journey using the system’s navigation-assisted driving feature for the entire trip—covering 84 kilometers on highways and 18 kilometers on urban roads—with the function enabled 100% of the time. Huawei Qiankun ADS 5 is built on the WEWA 2.0 AI agent architecture, specifically designed for autonomous driving. This architecture leverages Multi-Agent game theory and online reinforcement learning in the cloud, while employing a safety risk field technology on the vehicle side for real-time safety assessment. The DrivingAgent module further optimizes driving strategies. This real-world test validated the system’s performance and safety in actual road conditions.
