The Haval Dachong PLUS will launch a long-range variant, scheduled for release soon. This new version offers a CLTC-rated all-electric range of 200 km—nearly double the current model’s 105 km—and achieves a combined WLTC range exceeding 1,000 km. Exterior styling retains the rugged design of the existing model, featuring a larger semi-enclosed front grille with “HAVAL” lettering at its center and circular headlights on both sides. The vehicle measures 4,705 mm in length, 1,908 mm in width, and 1,780 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,810 mm. At the rear, it adopts new multi-faceted taillights and replaces the previous “HAVAL” badge with a “GWM” emblem. Inside, the cabin maintains its bold, utilitarian aesthetic, equipped with a 12.3-inch fully digital instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch floating central touchscreen. Some physical buttons are retained, while the gear selector on the center console has been relocated to a steering-column-mounted (column-shift) layout. Powertrain remains unchanged, continuing with the 1.5T plug-in hybrid system. The engine delivers a maximum output of 115 kW and peak torque of 243 N·m.
