Faraday Future announced the suspension of its originally planned Super One 400V vehicle collaboration project, shifting initial mass production and deliveries to either an 800V architecture-based all-electric model or an AIHER hybrid range-extended model. The company stated that the 800V architecture offers longer driving range, faster charging speeds, and higher powertrain efficiency. Subject to securing sufficient strategic or medium-to-long-term financing to support mass production and deliveries, the company will fully commence mass production and delivery of the FX Super One. The updated delivery timeline (contingent upon necessary funding being secured) is as follows: - Super One 800V all-electric model: Phase 1 deliveries expected within 6–9 months, Phase 2 within 12–15 months, and Phase 3 within 21–24 months; - AIHER hybrid range-extended model: Phase 1 deliveries expected within 9–12 months, Phase 2 within 21–24 months, and Phase 3 within 24–28 months. Additionally, as of April 30, 2026, Faraday Future has shipped 68 EAI robots and achieved positive gross margin per unit, with cumulative shipments expected to exceed 1,000 units by the end of 2026.
