On May 7, Fangchengbao Auto released its April sales figures, reporting monthly deliveries of 29,138 units—a year-over-year increase of 190.2% and a month-over-month rise of 12.4%. Among these, the Bao 7 (Titanium 7) accounted for 17,001 units, representing over 60% of the brand’s total sales and maintaining its leading position in the mid-to-large plug-in hybrid SUV segment. Launched in September 2025 with a price range of RMB 179,800 to 219,800, the Bao 7 is equipped with BYD’s next-generation DM system, Cloud Ride-C chassis, and the "Eye of God-B" LiDAR-based intelligent driving technology. On April 29, the Bao 7 EV Flash Charge Edition debuted at prices between RMB 199,800 and 209,800. It features BYD’s second-generation Blade Battery, delivering a maximum CLTC all-electric range of 755 km, and adds a front trunk as a new feature. The Bao 5 and Bao 3 form the brand’s second sales tier, with April deliveries of 5,511 and 5,206 units respectively. The Bao 3 Flash Charge Edition, launched in March with a price range of RMB 153,800 to 169,800, supports ultra-fast charging that replenishes the battery from 10% to 70% in just five minutes. During the Beijing Auto Show, Fangchengbao unveiled its new S-series lineup, including a sedan, a shooting brake GT, and a three-box SL variant, all emphasizing a dynamic and sporty design language. These models are expected to launch in the third quarter and will compete against vehicles such as the Xiaomi SU7, Qijing GT7, and Shangjie Z7/Z7T. Also showcased was the FORMULAX concept supercar, featuring “Living Metal” aesthetic design, with a production version slated for release in 2027.
