Hangsheng Group recently signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Zhuojun Holdings Group. Simultaneously, Hangsheng New Energy—a subsidiary of Hangsheng Group—and E-Maker also established a strategic cooperation framework. The three parties will collaborate across three key areas: intelligent cockpits, embodied economy, and market and supply chain synergy. Under the agreement, Hangsheng’s technological expertise in intelligent automotive electronics and new energy control systems will complement Zhuojun’s industrial capabilities in intelligent seating, cockpit system integration, and scenario-based experience design, driving deep synergy between in-vehicle intelligent interaction systems and intelligent cockpit systems. The partners will also focus on the embodied economy, leveraging complementary resources and technologies to build an industry-technology alliance that accelerates the transformation of artificial intelligence into embodied intelligent products. In terms of market and supply chain collaboration, Hangsheng’s supply chain ecosystem and production management capabilities will be deeply integrated with Zhuojun’s market channels and supply chain management experience to enhance cost efficiency and responsiveness. This partnership marks a significant step in Hangsheng Group’s implementation of its “1+2+N” new business matrix strategy and represents a crucial move for Zhuojun Holdings to deepen its dual-engine strategy of “intelligent cockpits + embodied economy” while strengthening its global supply chain ecosystem and overseas expansion. At the recent Beijing Auto Show, Hangsheng showcased its “1+2+N” product portfolio, covering automotive-related offerings such as intelligent driving, intelligent connectivity, intelligent interaction, acoustic systems, new energy, and control electronics, and extending into emerging fields including robotics, low-altitude economy, and microgrids.
