On May 8, Zeekr's Legal Department issued an important advisory regarding the protection of users' vehicle purchase safety and rights, highlighting that certain unofficial online accounts have recently been circulating false information such as "discounted proxy purchases of new Zeekr vehicles" and "special-priced used cars." These accounts use exaggerated claims to attract traffic, mislead consumers, cause financial losses, and disrupt the normal vehicle purchasing process. Zeekr stated that the company strictly adheres to its official sales policy of uniform pricing and standardized purchase benefits. Any claims suggesting that vehicles can be purchased through unofficial channels, internal connections, or at unusually low prices are unrelated to Zeekr and do not represent authorized or cooperative channels. Zeekr advised consumers: - When purchasing a new vehicle, consult and place orders only through official channels such as the Zeekr App, official website, or authorized offline stores. Do not trust promotions like "private online sales," "internal channels," or "discounted proxy purchases." - When buying a used car, choose legitimate trading platforms and compliant dealers with proper legal credentials. Carefully verify the vehicle’s documentation and the seller’s qualifications before making any payment. - Remain highly vigilant against offers featuring "extremely low prices" that significantly deviate from reasonable market ranges, avoid impulsive transfers or private transactions, and guard against fraud risks. Zeekr emphasized its ongoing commitment to maintaining a healthy and orderly consumer environment and will rigorously crack down on any unauthorized use of its brand for false advertising or infringement activities.
